We get lots of comments from parents and campers, and thought we would share just a few of them. |
"The fact that Christopher can now ride without the training wheels means a great deal to us. This is a major victory for him, one he will be able to draw upon as he faces
challenges in the future. All these kids have so many failures day after day. It is extremely precious to see them succeed in something so daunting to them."

"Camilo has been riding in a huge, empty parking lot and does not stop smiling. We are all so proud of him! I think it was one of his biggest challenges and
he is reaping some of his greatest rewards -- building self confidence. I will have to say, for Camilo it is all about perseverance and fortunately, he doesn't give up. We are having
a blast and hope to move on to trails in a week or so. We will keep you posted. He now wants some professional bike shorts like the pros wear. Thanks to all your volunteers and
instructors. It really makes a difference in his life -- one more thing he can do by himself."

"My son, Will, attended the Shoreview bike camp in July, and I am writing to tell you how profoundly happy we all are with the program. Will, who just turned 11, struggled to
learn how to ride a 2-wheeler. Now, we can hardly keep him off his bike! He loved everything about the camp and couldn't wait to go each day. To see how happy he is, and how confident
he is in his newfound abilities, makes me and my husband overjoyed. Recently I told Will that now he's all set for the annual fall bike with his class and he said, "Yeah, Mom, and now
I'll be normal." One of those moments that both breaks your heart and makes you glad all at the same time. Our deepest thanks and gratitude to you and all the instructors at the
Shoreview camp!"

"We can't thank you enough for what you have done for our girls and our family! The girls are doing wonderfully on their bikes and they even ask to go for a ride. Meghan is
doing great at getting started on her own and Maria is very close to being independent. Thanks again!"
